its a mix of traditional west Indian/carribean dishes with french some African influence and spanish foods, common foods are rice pasta, beans, corn, vegtables such as cabbage, green beans, beets, onions, etc and fruits, meats and fish such as goat, beef, chicken, turkey, porc, duck.
Its a very Grease, A lot of fat . They have for exemple, Grio, That is fried Beef, and also banan Peser , also fried , Acra , and much more fried food.
They eat rice and beans , and lots of sea food . Haitien put lots of oil in their food put they stay fit ,because they walk alot , up and down mountains.
