What is the star scout law and promise?

The Star Scout Law is to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. The Star Scout Promise is to live by the Scout Oath and law, do one's best to live up to the ideals of Scouting, and participate actively in one's troop.
