Unremarkable on any medical report means that the body organ or part is so normal looking on the test that it does not even warrant a comment, except "unremarkable". The main reason that normal things are noted as unremarkable is so it is clear to all medical and nursing professionals that the test evaluator DID review that body part. It is also important in ruling out certain conditions. For example, if I complain my ankle hurts after I fell, a doctor can read the report saying my ankle bones are unremarkable and rule out that I have any fracture.
