Brake lights wont turn off on Honda civic?

Did you replace the bulbs recently? if so make sure you have a dual filament bulb. If you put a single filament bulb in it will cause this to happen.

If the bulb isn't the issue then you should take it to a mechanic to see if there is a sensor out of whack that is tellling the brake lights to come on.
