How do you repair a radio antennae for a 1999 Acura Integra that won't go down?

It's real easy, turn radio on, determine if power antenna is working, you'll hear a noise. If it isn't working, you'll need the whole kit. If you hear a noise, you probably just need the antenna "mast". Turn radio on, remove old antenna. Put new one in as far as possible, without too much force, you'll feel resistance. Then turn radio off, the antenna will come in. You might have to play with it a few times. If your friend is around, ask him/her to help, makes it easier and takes only a few minutes.
