In Aveyond Gates of Night how do you get the quarter key from the witch?

You need to get the candy from the witch you see in an inn somewhere (Make sure you have this quest if not go to the "city hall" in witch-wood to obtain it)

then once you have found the candy give it to the city hall. you can guess where to go from there as it's pretty easy :p
