How do you silence Athletic Works Watch AW21872W?

Go to alarm time, hold lap/reset then mode at the same time, then while holding mode and lap/rest press the adjust button. The screen will black out then the little symbols next to the alarm on the left side will be gone. It will beep at the same time as the screen blanks out. Remember that you must hold both the llap/reset button and the mode button.
