What is the meaning of Post Baccalaureate?

This level is generally a certificate. For example, if you have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and want to go back to school to get a certification in Education so that you can become a teacher. After your certification, you can generally apply those credits towards a Masters Degree.
