Should the government provide incentive for any business that decides to go green?

The government shouldn't provide incentives to businesses that decide to go green because the government is getting the money from the tax payers. The government is actually giving tax cuts and grants to those businesses at the moment. We all like the environment and want to make it better but there is also a recession in place. Therefore, we shouldn't be waisting tax payers money for this at the moment.
