What does culos loco mean?

This makes no sense. You spelled it wrong. Culos locos = crazy butts. I'll tell you this, though. In Spanish you can be crazy in the head (mentally ill) or crazy in the butt (meaning you are gay). That's kind of homophobic, so maybe it should be changed.
