How would you like to see yourself in five years'?

In 5 years time I would like to see my dreams fulfilled, my ambitions materialised and my energy still at its peak to dream more. My goal is to be in a position in an organisatin whereby the values I set have an impact on the entire organisation and its employees; whereby the bottom line reporting to me adulate me as an efficient leader who has made a "change" in their life. I would like to have made significant growth in the organisation to where the stakeholders acknowledges the crucial role I play. I want to be a trend setter.
