Will resident evil operation raccoon city be ported to the nintendo 3ds?

As of now, there are no official announcements regarding a port of "Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City" for the Nintendo 3DS. The game was originally released for other platforms like PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012, but it hasn't been adapted for the 3DS.
