What is the fork oil capacity of a 1989 zx750 f3?

According to the service manual for the 1989 Kawasaki Ninja 750R (ZX750F), these are the amounts of oil for the front fork tubes:

Changing oil: 325ml

Complete disassembly: 380+/-4ml

The fork oil level (when forks fully compressed) should be at these levels (+/- 2mm):

Left tube: 120mm

Right tube: 149mm

The Ninja 750R is also known as the GPX750R in Europe, and was sold in the US from 1987 to 1990.
