Who is Mr Tiny in cirque du freak?

Mr. Tiny is a monster to lots of people and loves chaos and destruction. His first name is Desmondand if you shorten his first name and connect it to his last name, it comes out as Destiny.

In the books Mr. Tiny is believed to be part of The Monsters of Universal Chaos species. Evanna told Darren that Desmond Tiny is kin to The Monsters of Universal Chaos, but with less power than they have. He is Darren,Steve, Evanna, and Hibernius Tall's father.

In the movie Mr. Tiny is driven around in a car with the license plate reading DES-TINY. He rescues Darren from Mr. Crepsley after Darren stole Madam Octa (the spider). He seems to be friends with Murlough and appears to like the Vampaneze more than vampires but claims he is neutral. He enjoys watching fights and sets up the war between Steve and Darren but doesn't want it to end soon.
