Retail value of 1994 MS-69 silver eagle?

The effect of MS-69 depends on who graded it. There are many unscrupulous graders out there.

However, a proof, encased (and never been opened) with the original velveteen case, mint box and COA (cert of authenticity) is worth approximately $110 as of 4/19/2012. The 1994 was a low mintage year, so it tends to be more valuable than other years (except for the 1995 W).
