After you get Italian permanent resident status, you can apply for Italian citizenship if you
- Have lived there for at least 10 years,
- Are able to communicate in Italian language, and
- Have a clear criminal background.
However, you will lose Philippines citizenship as soon as you become a citizen of Another Country.
