No. Hemorrhage implies excessive bleeding, and the antibiotics are to prevent you from getting infected before it heals. Alcohol thins the blood, and will increase the bleeding. Doctors will advise you do not mix antibiotics and alcohol either, due to side effects, and possible adverse reaction with the antibiotic. But that aside, I would say with a hemorrhage, especially in the eye, using any blood thinner is just asking for trouble. I personally would avoid pain killers sutch as asprin, and workout drinks like NOXplode as well. But I would be avoiding these things due to the hemorrhage, not the antibiotics.
