Are people friendlier when drunk?

It can always change, for example... at first the person maybe a lot nicer than normal but then can get very aggresive. Alchol can change a lot of things, so you can't really say what will happen when you (or someone else of course) drink. But from personal experiences they start out friendly then get aggresive and swear.
