DELL employees that are commission based will live in debt. You are paid quarterly but don't get your updated quarterly standing until the day before the money hits the bank. So some quarters you get money and others you may owe money if your whole team does not fulfill their quota. And there is now way to challenge the truth of where the quota is. DELL changes its pay structure every 6 months so your paycheck is constantly screwed up do to the new changes and pay structure. You never really know if you were ever paid correctly. DELL is a sweat shop. You will live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes live without a paycheck even though you gave them 3 months of hard work.
