How do you unblock Movie Star Planet?

Well, typically you cant because you have either cheated or harassed others. Of course if you send them a message saying for example:

Dear Moviestarplanet,

I am ashamed of what I have done I never meant to cheat (harass) and will never ever do it again. I hope you will forgive me for what I have done :'( I hope you can forgive me for my silly, stupid, and very shameful thing. I understand that I may never get my account back but do you mind at least just unlocking my computer. I am really really sorry please forgive me for what I have done, My code is..............(Write the Code).......... Listen even though I have mentioned this several times in the passage I just wanted to say that I really love MovieStarPlanet and that even I am surprised that I did that.
