None. A pregnant woman who smokes crack cocaine (or does regular cocaine) puts her unborn baby at risk for all kinds of health problems and birth defects. However, a baby cannot be born addicted to crack (or regular cocaine), because crack cocaine, and regular cocaine, are not physically addictive. Crack cocaine, and regular cocaine, are highly psychologically addictive, but not physically addictive (meaning, there are no physical withdrawal symptoms).
