How do you fix a turn signal flasher in a 1993 Chevy cavalier S R?

You just replace the flasher relay. The turn signal flasher relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on passenger side of steering column. The Hazard Flasher Relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in convenience center.
