How strong is suboxone compared to oxy?

Suboxone, or the compound buprenorphine and naloxone, is much stronger than oxycodone. Oxycodone is 15-20 times stronger than codeine and a dose of just 1.5mg-2mg of oxycodone would equal 30mg of codeine. Buprenorphine is 400 times stronger than codeine and a dose of just 0.075 would equal 30mg of codeine. Buprenorphine is 40 times stronger than morphine and a dose of .25mg would equal a dose of 10mg of morphine.

Oxycodone lies in the middle of analgesic medicines with aspirin at the bottom to carfentayl at the top (only used to sedate large animals).
