Aside from an intravenous supplement, or drugs, testosterone can be increased by some herbal products such as saw palmetto. Other ways to increases levels include:
- Eat small meals throughout the day
- Eat healthy fats from fish, nuts and avocados
- Eat broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, which reduce estrogen and raise testosterone
- Sleep 8 hours, reduce stress
- Lift weights
- Reduce consumption of alcohol
- Have sex!
