How do you add an artwork on WolfQUest whiteboards?

Users cannot attach/upload attachments on the WolfQuest community, likely to prevent SPAM and unnecessary uploaded files on the database; instead, only moderators and administrators are capable of reposting artwork sent by members of the community.
