Does the US have a presidential government?

YES. The United States was founded for religious freedom, to serve God in their own way, and for representation. Lincoln wrote in the Gettysburg Address; "a Government of the people, by the people, for the people." America is a democracy, where we vote to choose our own leaders and do not have to bow down to a monarchy. God Bless America!
