Where did pinewood start?

Pinewood StudiOS, renowned for film production, began in 1936 in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, England. It was established by the film producer and director Charles Boot, who initially intended the site for the construction of wooden structures. Over the decades, Pinewood became famous for producing a wide range of successful films, including major franchises like James Bond and Star Wars.
