go to mt chimney and beat team magma/aqua, then go through fiery path and go to fallarbor town. Go west and go to Meteor Falls and beat team magma/aqua. Go back to mt chimney, the grunts won't be blocking the cable car, and you can go up. Go through jagged pass and go west when you get out
