Where is the earliest photograph taken stored?

The earliest photograph ever taken probably did not survive, but the earliest known permanent photograph (or rather photogravure etching) is probably View from the Window at Le Gras, taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce in 1826. It is currently held at the Harry Ransom Centre at the University of Texas.
