Where to buy cheap quality motor oil?

I hate to say it, but Walmart has the cheapest good quality oil and trans fluid. Their brand name is Super Tech, and I've been using their engine oil and trans fluid for 3 years in 2 vehicles. -It's Excellent quality and made by a major American refinery. -Their oil filters are also Excellent value.
