What is the make up of the Super roast beef sandwich at Arby's?

Arby's uses a caramelized onion roll for their most popular Sandwiches which can usually be found in the bakery. Other options include a potato bread roll which I have found make Excellent Arby clones. Next, you will need the beef. Any thin sliced variety from the deli department will work. I like to use the Oscar Meyer brands, but also have been known to go straight to the butcher and get my meats fresh sliced. Next, cheese is a big issue. They use something like a nacho cheese sauce, which I have substituted with my favorite Tostado's nacho cheese dip. Lastly, and optionally, throw a dab of tomato based BBQ sauce in with the cheese. YUM!
