I was looking for the song 'I'll put a spell on you' from a tv advert and could'nt think which one it was - did an internet search and came across your question. I have since found the song I have been looking for - by Aqualung for v w volswagen called 'Strange and Beautiful(I'll put a spell on you)'. I wonder if this is your song too? Although the Words don't exactly match..
