Most important is your diet. Clean it up!! There are several good diets out there. Second, you need to gain an active lifestyle. Don't give the excuse, "I don't have enough time". Everyone has enough time. Find it. We are the fattest/most obese/overweight country in the world. If you have fat legs go for a walk everyday. Start slow, increase your workouts as time goes by. Don't burn yourself out. Best advice there is- don't be lazy!
