Hydroponics has many uses that include farming in areas where soil is less than nutrient and/or difficult to farm in. Other reasons are things such as science projects and entertainment.

Hydroponics is the soil less growing technology where water is the medium for plants.Hydroponic plants grow in a combination of nutrients and water. Growing plants hydroponically has several advantages as it has the potential to increase fruit size as well as yield resulting into maximum growth rates. Plants grow faster,mature and larger because water and nutrients are constantly available for uptake. Hydroponically grown plants are normally grown inside, keeping them safe from insects and diseases.

Also it is cost effective and efficient method for small gardener and farmers too.
