Is a eagle able to lift a lion?

It isn't likely. The eagle is fast, but pretty small compared to a lion. It would be very difficult for it to be able to hit a vital spot that could be fatal, but there is always the outside chance that it could hit a artery and cause the lion to bleed to death.
