Can you make a sentence by using kill time?

Yes it is possible to kill time, but you have to work it to death. Ever sit in front of the TV and wonder what you just watched? That's killing time.

Time is only a concept. Kill the concept and kill time.

Go to sleep. The sooner you go to sleep the sooner tomorrow comes.

'killing time' refers to as wasting time..

it is a phrase

virtually it is used

but practically..it is not possible as time is abstract!

i think killing time is possible yet hard to do you must go back in time a whole bunch of times and bring the same person back every time so then time it's self will be mushed together causing a hole in the space time continuum there for killing time. But if you want to do that you will have to wait for the future because time machines aren't available yet.
