The two satelites in the 1995 James Bond film "GoldenEye" aren't actual satelittes. They're only fictional. The names used in the movies for them are Petra and Meesha. However the antenna in which the final battle takes place is called the Arecibo Observatory. It's located in Puerto Rico.
