Learning about our human sexuality is at least as important as learning how to drive, yet we don't give it nearly as much effort. Because we don't talk about it enough, it can be hard to separate the truth from misinformation. And misinformation about sex can be fatal!

Human sexuality is how we make more humans. It is one of the three most powerful drives in us (right up there with Fear and Hunger). Especially during the teen years, the urge to have sex can be almost overwhelming. It can interfere with our good judgement.

People frequently have sex without wanting to cause a pregnancy, so it's important to know about Birth Control methods. Unfortunately, intercourse can also transmit diseases, so it's important to know about those problems. Pregnancy can be complicated and scary for people who don't understand what's happening in the woman's body. Both men and women should know how pregnancy works.
