How can you tell when you first get pregnant?

Every pregnancy is different for some women it is natural, meaning they have symptoms as soon as the embryo implants in their uterus, and for some women it's psychological, meaning they dnt even recognize symptoms till they miss thier period and as soon as that positive result comes up BOOM morning sickness, headaches, fatigues, stuffy nose, sore boobs, it really depends on your body but for now all you can do is wait for a missed period but if u absolutely need to kno a blood test can confirm as early as 9 days past ovulation...
