Where do bald eagles and hawks go when it rains?

Most birds take shelter under trees while it is raining, since the water weighs them down in flight and their visibility is much lower. They also run the risk of possibly being hit by lightning. As well, their typical prey is most likely hiding from the rain, so there is no point in even trying to hunt.
