There are various "Mint States" (MS) for coinage, beginning with MS-60 through MS-70. Even experienced coin collectors will disagree on mint state grades for coins (for that matter, sometimes even professional coin grading services will assign a different grade to a coin (although usually within one grade up or down)). Below is a listing of values at the respective grades for a 1952 Washington Quarter (assuming the coin was minted in Philadelphia and bears no mint mark), taken from Numismatic News' Coin Market monthly price guide:

MS-60 = $5.50; MS-63 = $11.00; MS - 65 = $35.00

A more detailed listing of coin values can be found a www.pcgs.com. Click "PCGS Price Guide" along the left side of the page and select the coin of your choosing. Be aware that PCGS only updates their values about 3-4 times a year and tends to reflect prices that are designed for retail sales rather than "collector values".
