In order to contact the Merchant Services department of Bank of America, one should first log in to their account on the Bank of America website. Once logged in, they should click on the link to "contact merchant services" on the right side of the screen. This will then give them a choice to either talk to a live representative (live a web chat), or send an email, or contact them via a telephone number provided.
