Honestly, I don't know if there's a quantifiable way to tell who the best medical doctor in the world is. I mean, every doctor has a specialty, and you really can't compare a gastroenterologist to, say, a cardiologist. Both are important, yes. Both are very skilled, yes. However, their knowledge is in different areas. Because of this, the best medical doctor can't really be known.
