What is a good sump pump in the 100.00 range?

If you would like an Effluent Pump instead of a Sump Pump, this is a great buy and is a much better pump for the money.

Being a master plumber known world wide I have to say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and any pump that cost $100 in my expert opinion is a USE ONCE and THROW AWAY type.
