Arya has feelings for him but she tries to not show it. She loves Eragon as a friend but no more. I think Eragon turns into an elf in Brisingr or something but I'm in the middle of Eldest so I don't know everything but yeah.

she defenitely likes him as a friend. i even guess that she is in love with him but she can't just tell him because she can't get over faloin who was i think her first love.
