Where is the Volvo V70 sump plug?

The sump plug on a Volvo v70 (and all other 5cyl Volvo's) located by first raising the auto up on secure lifts (rhino type avail at most auto part stores). Crawl directly under the front wheel area and remove the plastic protection panel. Once the panel is removed the sump (oil pan) will be in direct view. The oil filter is located just to the right side (passenger side).

Note, you will need a 86mm end cap filter wrench to remove the plastic oil filter cover. A conventional oil wrench will not allow you enough room to turn the filter.
