Why small droplets of urine frequently comes from the human genitals unvoluntarially?

Urinary incontinence can cause drops of urine coming out. This could be due to weakness of the muscles due to old age , stroke or paralysis, but most commonly occurs in old people due to Prostatism caused by enlarged prostate. Another cause can be irritable bladder, and irritation of the bladder due to infection.
