Do congruent angles always add up to 90 degrees?

Congruent angles are angles of the same measure. They can have any value and so can add to any number. For example, the six interior angles of a regular hexagon are 120 degrees each and they add to 720 degrees. The four angles of a rectangle are congruent and they add to 360 degrees.
