Its the same. here is a quote I found useful In Canada we put liquid measurements on can by volume. Thus, 300 mL. In the US, they do it by weight, thus 14oz or 396grams. The good news is... the two cans are the same size, with the same amount of product inside. Both products weigh 14 oz/396g; both products by volume are 10 fl.oz/300 mL.
