Side Split1. Stand up straight.

2. Put your arms on the mat. (You may bend your legs)

3. Straighten your legs out and don't make it bend and then move your legs towards your arms and there you go.

Front Split1. Sit down on the Matt and put one leg in front of you.

2. Push that leg as far as you can to the floor. (DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF TO DO IT. You might pull a muscle.)

3. Put another leg behind you and push that leg as far as it can.

If you have both legs on the ground firmly and touching exactly on it, you are doing the front split.
